Our story
A conviction that became a technology.
OFFOLIO was founded in Paris in 2020 on one conviction: planning, treated everywhere as a cost center, is in fact a competitive advantage — provided you tackle the problem at its root: the quality of decision data.
Today, a team of about twenty serves the most demanding industrial companies, from nuclear to space.

Our vision
Make every project a readable asset.
A major industrial project is an investment: capital committed today for a return tomorrow. Yet it is one of the least readable assets in the economy. Its mechanics are opaque, its risk hard to assess, its financing slow to secure.
Making a project reliable does not mean guaranteeing it will finish on time. Nobody predicts a share price; but we do understand what moves it. A project deserves the same readability: knowing what effect each variable, each decision, each contingency will have on its outcome. That mechanism already exists. It is the schedule.
OFFOLIO turns it into a living model, powered by data and AI. A readable project gets decided faster, is de‑risked in front of financiers, and attracts capital more easily. That is how we want to accelerate industrial innovation.
The founders
The people who built it lived the problem.
William Gisserot
Co-founder
A planner by trade on some of the most demanding programs in nuclear, transportation and biomedical, then an AI engineer at Thales. He lived through overnight re‑planning, lessons learned that get lost, trade‑offs made blind.
Then he made AI his specialty (Dauphine, INSEAD, innovation management) — to solve the problem rather than endure it.
Cyril Verbrugghe
CEO and co-founder
Coming from finance and capital markets, he went on to run transformation programs, then led teams deploying and developing complex technologies in the most demanding sectors — defense, aerospace.
He taught at Paris‑Dauphine University, in the Master's program in Management and Information Systems.
